Waterton Welcomes Don Larsen as Senior Vice President of Capital Program Management
(January 25, 2024 – Chicago, IL.) – Waterton, a national real estate investor and operator, has appointed Don Larsen as senior vice president of capital program management.
Bringing over 30 years of experience in construction leadership to the role, Mr. Larsen will be based in Chicago and will guide the capital program management team in aligning project budgets and timelines with company objectives. Reporting to the EVP, design and construction, he will be a key player in promoting collaboration and driving innovation within the capital team.

Prior to joining Waterton, Mr. Larsen served as the executive vice president at McWhinney Co., where he was responsible for project delivery across various business units. His career also includes significant roles at NAVA Real Estate Development Co., Related Companies, Hensel Phelps Construction Company, Forest City Commercial Construction, and Alpha Builders Inc. Mr. Larsen’s educational background includes a certificate in project management from Boston University and an Associate of Applied Science in surveying and construction technology from the University of Akron.
