Prior to joining Waterton, Blackall was director of project management at Cushman & Wakefield in Chattanooga, TN where she was responsible for the project management of over 2.2 million square feet of main campuses and new field offices for corporate clients in approximately 30 locations per year.

Blackall was formerly vice president of development for Ford Fry Restaurants in Atlanta, GA where she provided strategic planning in expanding the company’s portfolio in the Southeast. Prior to that she was vice president of design and development at Scout Capital in New York, where she directed a design team of land planners, architects, engineers, interior designers, construction companies and internal construction departments for historic hotels, beach resorts, restaurants, retail grocery, schools and private residences. These projects included new build, renovation and expansions with complex regulatory permitting and entitlements.
